Part-time Business and Marketing Assistant needed immediately.
Must have strong people skills, great attention to detail and the desire to grow with the business. This position requires an individual that’s comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to handle multiple projects and has strong written and verbal skills. Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) required.
Daily Activities include but are not limited to:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos and letters
- Welcome and work with clients, vendors and guests on site
- Assistance with filing
- Sales and Marketing assistance
- Work in QuickBooks, ProEdge, DocuSign & Dropbox
- Submit Permit applications and job tracking
- Administrative Duties
- Organization and Office management
- Research and Lead Generation assistance
- Event Coordination
- Assist with Internet Marketing/Social Media
- Prepare print marketing packages
This Project is seeking consultants.
This is not a remote position.
This position does not require travel.
