This is a part-time position.

This role will assist the Senior Manager of Entertainment Marketing in expanding the footprint of the  brand, track reach at in-market events, strategize ways to creatively target key demographics, and will be instrumental in the logistics of the Marketing program.

Essential Functions: 

Explore opportunities and target events to strategically showcase the brand in-market 
Coordinate staffing for all  events and games 
Maintain an up-to-date events calendar and Marketing dashboard 
Update website content 
Provide regular recap reports on event results and projections for upcoming events 
Work with staff and event organizers to coordinate logistics of all events 
Prepare all necessary assets and giveaways for games and events 
Inventory and maintain Marketing assets 
Attend events as needed 


Flexibility and willingness to work at least twenty (20) hours per week, including evenings and weekends 
Highly professional attitude, exhibiting integrity, reliability, and punctuality 
Ability to develop and maintain good relationships across all internal departments, as well as outside vendors and/or clients 
Creative, energetic, and proactive approach to work 
Ability to anticipate and make recommendations based on needs of manager and/or project 
Strong relationship-building skills 
Innovative thinker 
Bachelor’s degree, or currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree 
Excellent oral and written communication skills – can interact well with all organizational levels internally and externally 
Detailed oriented, organized and able to multi-task 
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Power BI is a plus. 

This Project is seeking consultants.
