The part-time Operations and Marketing Manager will report to the Executive Director.
This position will be home-based, ideally in the Dallas area or remotely in the US, with regular online and in-person meetings with the Executive Director. This individual will be responsible for a variety of administrative and business-related tasks, including e-commerce website management, partnership development, and improving operational systems and processes.
He/she will play a significant role in assisting the Executive Director with long term planning, day-to-day-operations, as well as marketing strategy and sales, both online and offline at events in the US.
2-3 years professional experience
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, Google docs, etc.
Familiarity with business pricinciples and practices
Experience or familiarity with early education programs
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
Comfortable with learning new online programs (e-commerce and POS via Shopify, project management platforms, etc.)
Passion for social justice and supporting marginalized communities
